What is your return policy?
Unfortunately there are currently no returns allowed for the shower steamers. This is due to the nature of our product, which means we cannot resell the shower products.
However, you can resend us your used shower spray bottles when they have been fully used.
What are your payment options?
Our payment options are currently Paypal or Wix Payments
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! Pricing can vary on how many products you buy and how fast you would like your product. As part of our company ethos, we do not ship to nationalities that are still taking place in animal testing.
How serious do you take your enviromental responsibilites?
We take our enviromental responsibilites very seriously here at Melody's Magical Scents, and we are always looking for ways to cut down on single-use plastics. We already ensure that our mailing bags are bio-degradable and our boxes are fully recyclable and that our packaging is plastic free. Our long term goal is to go completely waste free and therefore we are constantly looking for new ways to achieve this.
